Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlowLink (the "Service"), operated by GlowLink ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using the Service you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

GlowLink is a social media content management platform that allows authorized users to create, schedule, upload and publish promotional content (including videos and images) to third-party social media platforms such as TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram and Reddit through their official APIs. The Service acts on behalf of the User only after the User has explicitly authorized GlowLink via the corresponding OAuth flow of each platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use GlowLink. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connection with TikTok and Other Third-Party Platforms

To publish content to TikTok, you must connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. GlowLink requests only the following TikTok scopes:

• user.info.basic — to retrieve your TikTok display name, username and avatar so we can show which account is connected.
• video.upload — to upload draft videos to your TikTok account.
• video.publish — to publish those videos with the caption, privacy level and settings you choose inside GlowLink.

You may revoke GlowLink's access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Settings > Security and permissions > Manage app permissions) or by disconnecting the account inside GlowLink. Use of TikTok through GlowLink is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GlowLink to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit where prohibited, or that violates the Community Guidelines of any connected platform (including the TikTok Community Guidelines).
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive engagement practices.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access, or to reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove content or revoke platform connections without prior notice when required to comply with law or platform policies.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload through GlowLink. By using the Service, you grant GlowLink a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, format and transfer your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and publishing it to the third-party platforms you have explicitly selected. The GlowLink name, logo, software and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed, since this depends on the availability and policies of those platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowLink and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, content removal, account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowLink from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your stored OAuth tokens are revoked and personal data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Effective date". Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
